We pride ourselves on selling the best quality jewelry,
beads, and other items we have to offer. Our merchandise is checked
over carefully before it is sent out to you...so if it's good enough
to send out to you, it's good enough for us to take back! If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund your
purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Policy
All you need do is contact
us for a RMA number, then send the unaltered item you purchased along
with your receipt (or a copy of the receipt) within 10 days and you
will be sent a check made out to you. You can also exchange items, again
a RMA number is required, simply indicate the new items you would like.
PLEASE make sure items are securely packaged for return shipment.
Damaged or Broken Merchandise
Most of my creations are one of a kind,
I take every precaution to insure that the items are secured and protected
for shipment.
Should your item arrive to you damaged
or broken in any way, please let me know immediately. You must return
the broken item, I will do my best to recreate the item and reship to
you at no additional charge. Or you may have a complete refund. Shipping
and handling charges are non-refundable.
